Email, accounts, calendars, files. Nobody starts a business to think about
any of it, so it accumulates instead: one shared password that everyone knows,
a mailbox that three people live out of, files on whichever laptop was nearest
at the time. It all works, in the way that a drawer full of unlabelled keys
works, right up until someone leaves, or something arrives that should never
have got in.
What we do
- Microsoft 365, set up properly the first time —
or untangled, if the first time already happened.
- Mailboxes with boundaries — one person, one
account; shared mailboxes where sharing is actually wanted; leavers who
leave without taking access with them.
- Email that authenticates — SPF, DKIM and DMARC
configured so your invoices arrive, and so nobody else can send as you.
- Identity and access that scale — permissions
that still make sense at fifteen people, decided when you were five.
How it starts
A look at the tenant and the mail flow, and a one-page account of where it
stands, free. Most businesses only find out how their email is configured on
the day it becomes a problem; ours find out on a Tuesday, calmly, in writing.
The work that follows is quoted as a fixed price before it starts.
