The call. One site visit where it earns its travel. A written, one-page account of where you stand and what we would do about it, in priority order. For websites, the full fixed-scope audit. All of it free, all of it yours to keep, whether or not you hire us — and if the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what it says.

From £4,000, or $5,000 for US clients, buys a custom site of up to eight pages, including search foundations and the measurement, not as extras. Larger builds, nine to twenty-five pages with catalogue or product structure, start from £5,800 ($9,000 US). Every build is a fixed price quoted in writing before work starts, and the price does not move with the hours.

These figures assume we have not seen your site yet; the number you sign is fixed after we have, on the free audit. If your project is bigger than these bands, we will say so on the first call, not on the invoice.

Infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and security work varies too much by estate for an honest flat figure, so it is scoped on the free call and quoted as a fixed price before anything starts. Hardware is always at cost, stated separately, with no markup hiding in the boxes. A full security audit is quoted the same way, because its report is the product.
